Yes, it is. Go Cardless is a very well known, respected payment provider. You can find out more about them here.

How does it work?

1. You sign up using the link above and authorise Bob Ward Window Cleaning to request funds from your bank.

2. We come and clean your windows.

3. We get home and tell Go Cardless your windows have been cleaned and request the outstanding balance.

4. You will receive an email / text message notifying you that you are going to be charged X amount and the date the money will be taken (normally 7 days after the payment has been requested).

5. If you feel we are taking this money in error or are not happy with the service provided, you can call us to arrange cancellation of the payment, however, if you are happy you don’t need to do anything else.
